With us you do not pay shipping costs if your order is above € 50. Otherwise you only pay €4,75. The shipping costs include a track & trace code. This way you can track your order and you know where it is or when it will be delivered.

No, our products are for research purposes only. That is why we recommend not to consume yourself! Before purchasing products, please view our safety regulations.

Normally we use a delivery time of: Ordered before 17:00 PM, your order will be delivered the next day, but it can sometimes happen that something can go wrong with our parcel service through no fault of our own. As a result, your package may arrive a little later than expected. 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday morning and delivered on Tuesday. There can always be a delay in case of holidays or bad weather.

Your order will be sent discreetly and anonymously via our parcel services. They will do everything they can to deliver your order to you as soon as possible so that you can start your research.

Orders paid by bank transfer may take an additional day to process as we release the order after payment is received. This is especially the case if you pay from a foreign account. In the Netherlands, the amount is almost immediately on our account. This way we can switch quickly and post your order.
